🌸 We are expecting a baby: A monthly journey through the prenatal world. A new cycle of prenatal courses starts in OCTOBER 2026! Our course is unique in its approach and professional background. You will meet:
Bc. Radka Račanská – a wonderful and experienced midwife.
Mgr. Veronika Jiříková – an empathetic psychologist. Flexibility above all: You can join the course at any time, lessons can be replaced freely, or you can choose only specific topics that interest you. 📝 What will you learn with us?
Everything about birth: Preparation, examinations, various options and alternatives, hypnobirthing, and the use of aromatherapy.
Postpartum care: The postpartum period, breastfeeding, and proper care for the baby.
Practical skills: Proper carrying of the baby.
Exclusive bonuses: First aid lessons, exercises with the baby, and basics of parenting (on selected dates). 🕒 When and where?
When: Every Tuesday at 17:00 (suitable from the 12th week of pregnancy).

17:00 – 17:45 | Exercise for pregnant women 🧘‍♀️
17:45 – 18:30 | 1st lecture + consultation on the topic
