Ariana Burstein (Cello) and Roberto Legnani (Guitar) present highlights of their joint musical journey with new accents. The program spans a wide range of music history: from Baroque clarity through Spanish and Oriental-influenced sound worlds to contemporary expressions. Works by Turlough O’Carolan, Isaac Albéniz, Vittorio Monti, and Manuel de Falla are presented alongside original compositions by Roberto Legnani, characterized by melodic depth, rhythmic diversity, and an unmistakable handwriting. A special emphasis is placed on Legnani's "Bamidbar" (In the Wilderness). Originally created as an orchestral cycle as part of a project by the German Music Council, the piece has been reimagined for cello and guitar. In nine musical stations, an impressive sequence full of contrasts and expressiveness unfolds.
