The circle is a space for resting, breathing, and settling everything you haven't had time to digest in your life. The circle is a harbor for the emotions you carry within you. The circle is women - each completely different, yet connected by their stories and mutual respect. Come to breathe in a place where you can express yourself – your true SELF. In the circle, our hearts speak more than our heads, and if this is exactly what you need, you are welcome. From the head to the body. From performance to life. From control to trust. Therefore, circles with me often involve not just sharing, but may also include other evidence-based techniques. Visualization, meditation, drumming, dance, voice… No circle is the same.
