This typical Neuchâtel wine is made from Chasselas grapes. Its fermentation is fully completed when it is bottled without filtration in early January. Since the Neuchâtel Ǝ̗ꓤꓕꓶIᖵ NON is the first wine of the year, it reflects the just-harvested vintage for the impatient wine connoisseur.
