Description

The wandering knight is a work that is as bewildering as it is touching. Abraham Poincheval plans to traverse some of the most important sites for the formation of the Swiss Confederation on foot. He will walk from Rütliwiese to Freiburg in medieval armor weighing more than 30 kilograms. The knight seems to come straight from a distant and identity-shaping story. He is the catalyst for a landscape where time spaces overlap, weaving stories between memories, tales, myths, and legends.
