Description

This concert presents a selection of exquisite chamber pieces, including Maurice Ravel's 'Introduction et Allegro' for harp, flute, clarinet, and string quartet, as well as Fauré's Piano Quartet No. 1 in C minor, Op. 15. The program also features Dukas's 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' arranged for chamber ensemble and Takemitsu's 'Toward the Sea III' for alto flute and harp. The ensemble is led by Roberto González-Monjas, with performances by a talented group of musicians in an intimate setting at Stadthaus Winterthur.
