The artist from Besançon Florent Dubois presents his work in the exhibition Under the Coat at the Peasant and Artisan Museum. Born in 1990 in Besançon, graduated from ENSBA Lyon, he lives, works, and teaches in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. His work has been shown in collective or solo exhibitions at the Les Capucins art center in Embrun, at the Noisy-le-Sec Gallery, at the Printemps de Septembre in Toulouse, at Motto Berlin, and at the Confort Moderne in Poitiers. Florent Dubois favors festive and unbridled forms in his work. A great formal generosity unfolds in the form of drawings, prints, objects, videos, ceramics, in often exuberant displays. Between tourist and festive imagery, his exhibitions create closed universes between the garden and the nightclub. Exhibition to discover until September 12, 2027.
