The magic of sourdough: A living bread Do you also want to understand why homemade sourdough bread is so popular? Raphaël, a chef-gardener and fermentation enthusiast since childhood, has always made his own sourdough bread and shared his knowledge in various restaurants. Among others, he was trained by Marc Haller, a baker in Yverdon – a reference in the field of sourdough bread. He invites you to spend a few hours in his company to discover the magic of sourdough. In this introductory workshop, you will learn the basics of making sourdough bread with the organic flours from Ferme Jaggi in Coinsins. The goal of this course is to provide you with the necessary knowledge to make sourdough bread at home. The workshop begins with a theoretical part before practical work.
The workshop takes place from 6 participants (maximum 8). By public transport: You can take the train to Allaman station, then take bus 721 and get off at Féchy Cassivettes. From there, it is about 500 meters on foot to reach Jardins de Chivrageon.
