"What is death for you puppets?" – "We die all the time. Box, lid on, put away." Ivan has achieved everything: career, family, status, the right friends. Throughout his life, he met all expectations and successfully kept life at bay. Outwardly everything is in perfect order, but in reality alienated and messed up. Everything seems indifferent and hollow to him. Now it's time to learn to cry, and how he does it is as touching as it is funny in "Climbing Trees" by DAKAR Production. Delia Dahinden and Anna Karger not only play all the puppets but also engage with the audience, with their own memories of death and farewell and the household staff in Ilyich's home.
