Allstar Poetry Slam St. Gallen

Description

Twice a year, the theater hall of the Lokremise becomes a stage for the Allstar Poetry Slam St. Gallen – featuring some of the most exciting voices in the poetry slam scene. Whether sharp wordplay, political texts, fine comedy, or reflective pieces, whether prose, poetry, nonsense, or drama: a variety of styles come together on this evening – and in the end, the audience decides who advances to the final and fights for the crown. Among the participants is, among others, Fine Degen from Zurich. The Zurich Poetry Slam champion 2026 has already reached the final of the international German-language championships twice and has been active on spoken-word stages since 2017. Besides poetry slam, she appears as a cabaret artist and performer in the satirical annual review «Bundesordner». Further all-star poets and the moderation will be announced soon.
