Aerial Movement Research Workshop

Description

This workshop, led by Caro Wuttke at Zirkusquartier Zürich, introduces participants to techniques and tools for movement research in aerial disciplines. It begins with warm-up exercises to enhance body awareness, followed by activities on the ground and in the air using prompts, improvisation, and composition. Participants will engage in solo, group, and partner exercises to deepen their understanding of their unique movement style and how observing others can enrich their creative process. The session aims to expand creativity and expressive possibilities in aerial arts. Participants are encouraged to bring their own circus equipment or coordinate with the venue beforehand.
