Join us at Tanzhaus Zürich for an engaging evening of movement and dance. The Gaga/people classes provide a gentle framework to explore physical sensations, improve flexibility, and enjoy movement in an inclusive environment. Following the class, the Dance Party invites participants to dance together in a relaxed, low-light setting to a mix of energetic and groovy tunes, culminating in a cool down. No prior dance experience is necessary, and everyone is encouraged to participate and have fun.
