Together with YOU, we’re lacing up our running shoes for a world without extreme poverty and plastic pollution. Buy Food with Plastic® enables people in Nicaragua, Ghana, and India to exchange plastic bottles for hot meals, upcycles and recycles the plastic locally, and thereby creates jobs with long-term prospects for the local population and fosters a circular economy. By participating in this charity run, you’ll literally set this impact in motion. The proceeds from the run benefit our projects in Nicaragua, Ghana, and India. Here’s how it works Every lap counts: You set your own donation amount per lap run and/or get sponsored by your friends, family, teammates, or employer. If you’d rather not seek sponsors, you can also make a one-time donation, accept a donation from your employer for your participation, or simply pay the entry fee for your chosen participation package and join us.
