Poetry Slam: Live, honest, diverse - presented by Slam Master Marius Loy. The poetry competition is both a genre, scene, and movement. And pure entertainment for the audience: sometimes funny, sometimes thought-provoking, but always good! Direct, live, and passionate, the performers give their best to leave the stage as the evening's winners. Participants have seven minutes to perform their self-written texts: without costumes, without props, only the spoken word counts. Perhaps it is this honesty that makes the charm, or the diversity of performances. Whether rhymed or narrated, touching or fiery, for the heart, brain, or diaphragm: everything is possible and many things are offered. Poetry Slam Master and host Marius Loy invites slammers from the region and beyond to Oberkirch.
