Christmas Pewter Casting

Description

Every year again, we cast silver figures from pewter at the Aarau City Museum, suitable for Christmas: Santa Clauses, peanuts, and donkeys. Did you know that we have set up an entire pewter figure room in the old building? There you can entertain yourself with a search game, animate the pewter soldiers with stop-motion, and test your knowledge with the pewter quiz. Sunday, November 29, 2026
Available slots:
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM, register for Slot 1
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM, register for Slot 2
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM, register for Slot 3 One registration per family is enough. In one hour, 2 figures are cast per registered family. Cost: 10 Swiss francs for two figures
