Folk song melodies as well as arias by Frescobaldi and Händel merge with the light and profound texts of the Valais dialect poet Bernadette Lerjen-Sarbach. The poems tell of the stumbling blocks of everyday life, unexpected moments of happiness, loss, grief, and the power of letting go – in a few lines, spaces open that we enter in amazement and leave changed.
