Description
The J. J. Jazzmen band is undoubtedly the heir and a splendid interpreter of New York dixieland, having successfully performed in many places around the world. In March and June 2000, the rare guest, former Armstrong collaborator and member of his “All Stars,” clarinetist Joe Muranyi, performed in Prague and Berlin with J. J. Jazzmen. The following year, the J. J. Jazzmen group had the honor of being invited directly to the "cradle" of jazz and the birthplace of Louis Armstrong at the famous “New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival,” where they performed on 3. 5. 2001. This time, the young and talented singer Barbora Vágnerová will perform with the group. Other guests have included Denise Gordon in November 2012 and 2013, Mike Fulton in July 2013, and Evan Christopher in November 2010.
