It goes without saying that both of these groups are mainstays of the Czech music scene. For over fifty years, they have been bringing joy to listeners with their songs, collaborating with numerous musicians and singers along the way. Jiří Pavlica, who currently leads Hradišťan, was even a member of the group Javory for a time. But there are other common threads, primarily the character and content of the songs, their melodies and sources of inspiration, and last but not least, the human aspect – a kind and sincere approach to the audience.
