The idea for Tastenzauber arose from Franco Coali's vision to present the accordion in a special way.
In the year of the accordion, he asked a simple but bold question: why not reinvent the accordion? Instead of taking familiar paths, Coali develops his own musical style further and continually reinvents himself as an artist. Tradition meets innovation, virtuosity meets joy of playing, emotion meets surprising sound worlds. With Mike Schweizer, Coali finds the ideal musical partner. Both are considered virtuosos and pioneers on their instruments. The accordion and saxophone merge into an extraordinary sound body that captivates the audience from the first notes.
