City Model - Insight with Overview

Description

For many years, the city model has served as a tool for the Department of Urban Development and Planning. We want to learn what this work process can look like. The city architect, Ms. Gabriela Barman, explains the work with the model at a scale of 1:500 and gives us an insight into the current planning statuses of the areas, including the Landis & Gyr site and the Outer Lorzenallmend.
Which urban planning important criteria can be checked in the model? What opportunities and risks do these relatively large planning areas entail? Are there synergies or influences between these areas?
