Description
A gift that changes everything: Little Josa receives a magic violin, and suddenly nothing is as it was. With its sound, he can shift the world, make things grow or shrink. A power that sparks curiosity and sets him on a journey. The journey is to the moon. Along the way, the search becomes an adventure. Josa encounters unfamiliar places, unexpected situations, and ever-new opportunities to test his own strength. The story by Janosch remains light and playful, without losing its subtle nuances. Wilfried Hiller's music carries this journey and opens spaces for imagination and sound. In chamber music arrangement with violin, percussion, and piano, a dense, immediate atmosphere is created, where narration and music intertwine closely. A story about being on the move, trying out new things, and how the world changes when you hear it differently. Composer: Wilfried Hiller
Based on texts by Janosch, arranged by Elisabet Woska.
With: musicians of the Sinfonieorchester Basel and narrator; Mick Besuch (scenic arrangement)
