«I like eating, I prefer to eat! I said it in my show Charrette! I try to calm down, cultivate finesse and quality. Eat more slowly, run, remind myself that I’ve passed the 40-year mark and that it’s probably time to find some inner peace. But still, my pantagruelian appetite for life and food remains more than ever.
That’s why I want to invite you to a show that smells like aperitif! An ode to celebration, good food, and pleasure. So we can see each other, toast, nibble on a local delicacy, and have a good laugh.
Are there more relevant theories, funnier jokes than those we make after two glasses of red? After the third, it all goes off the rails, everyone knows that, but I really think Albert Einstein discovered the theory of relativity after two
grands glasses of Gamaret Garanoir from Vaud. It was probably Château Margaux, but what do you want, I’m chauvinistic.
Yes, because besides loving good things, it will also be about loving the land. We will taste a local wine from the area where I perform, whether it’s Valais, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Geneva, Jura, the canton of Vaud, or Bavaria… Anyway, from anywhere that’s willing to host me. We will say learned things with flair about its robe, its aroma, and also a few silly things, because well, you’re not here to prepare a oenologist bachelor’s degree.
