Screen Printing and Textile Upcycling

Description

Ornaments are like music for the eyes. Many generations and cultures have been and are involved in their creation and transmission. This also applies to the Glarus patterns and cloths. The screen printing workshop on the 1st floor of the Hänggiturm in Ennenda opens its doors on selected Sundays or by appointment for families, children, and young people.

When printing brought textiles with historical Glarus patterns, craftsmanship and knowledge are shared. New garments, but also new thoughts and ideas, can emerge.

The number of places is limited. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - please register by the previous Thursday at kontakt@annagoeldimuseum.ch

General Information

The workshop takes place at the Anna Göldi Museum in Ennenda and offers the opportunity to print historical Glarus patterns on your own textiles. Families, children, and young people are invited to learn craftsmanship and implement creative ideas. The event is limited to selected Sundays and registration is necessary.
