Description
For all parents of teenagers
Puberty is a time of change, full of friction, self-discovery, and growing autonomy. The relationship changes and parents face the challenge of providing support without controlling and maintaining closeness without forgetting themselves.
The SESK course strengthens parents to remain present, clear, and loving even in turbulent phases. Instead of power, it is about relationship; instead of punishment, about language; instead of pressure, about presence. The focus is on self-reflection, feelings, and needs – both their own and those of the teenagers. Parents receive impulses on how to stay connected, set boundaries mindfully, and consciously shape their attitude. How can leadership succeed without a power struggle?
Parents deepen their ability to agree on rules together and resolve conflicts non-violently. They learn to recognize and avoid psychological boundary violations and build trust in the self-efficacy of their teenagers.
