Description

In late summer 1977, the Voyager spacecraft were launched into space from the US space station Cape Canaveral. To this day, the probes move through our universe and still diligently send data back to Earth after 50 years. However, the spacecraft not only carry measuring instruments but also the so-called "Golden Records": data disks with image and sound files – including about 90 minutes of selected music – intended to inform intelligent extraterrestrial life forms about the existence and location of humans on Earth. This has not happened yet. But what if... This hypothesis is followed by the Berlin Puppenphilharmonie. In their story, the extraterrestrial I. O. finds the "Golden Records," faces many questions, and decides to search for answers on Earth. Conveniently, he lands in a typical concert situation, which provides the perfect setting for all his investigations.
