After the split of Germany's Pink Floyd tribute No. 1, former members Oliver Hartmann, Martin Hofmann, Markus Nanz, and other ex-musicians continue the legacy of the original under a new name, bringing the unique live experience back to the stage in a fresh way! Presented by: Rockantenne, Eclipsed Magazine, Good Times, Musix, and Breakout Magazine. Pink Floyd is a phenomenon in rock history - those who have experienced them live are likely to be filled with these sound worlds and the unique experience for a lifetime. The band featuring David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Rick Wright, and Nick Mason has created absolute milestones with albums like 'Dark Side of the Moon', 'Wish You Were Here', and 'The Wall', which are indispensable in recent music history. Continuing this legacy is the mission that the German band PULSE has dedicated itself to. The members of the newly formed group are well-acquainted with the material and have performed for thousands of concert-goers across half of Europe. Exceptional guitarist/singer Oliver Hartmann (ex-AVANTASIA, ex-ROCK MEETS CLASSIC), bassist Martin Hofmann, and keyboardist Markus Nanz were the foundation of the band Echoes. This band has made a name for itself far beyond Germany with its unique acoustic tour and the release 'Barefoot To The Moon' (DVD 2015 Media Charts position 20) and the production 'Live From The Dark Side' featuring guests Michael Sadler (SAGA), Midge Ure (ULTRAVOX), Claude Leonetti (LAZULI), and Geoff Tate (ex-QUEENSRYCHE). PULSE continues the successful acoustic concert series under the name 'Acoustic Side Of The Moon'. Together with their long-standing string quartet from Prague, they were on tour in January 2026 with ten shows across Germany, often in sold-out concert halls and theaters. Alongside the new French drummer Sébastien Angrand, the singers Carolin Riehemann, Ilka Müller, and Jessica Conte, as well as saxophonists Gernot Dechert, Lee Mayall, and others remain part of the new lineup. The well-rehearsed technical team Matthias Wolbert, Dominik Herderich, and Damir Klaushofer also stays on. Although the changes may seem subtle, PULSE is clearly committed to impressing and exciting their audience and Pink Floyd fans with a completely renewed program and enhanced stage show. Under the motto 'The Best of Pink Floyd', the audience can look forward to a fantastic live concert with special moments! Since the end of 2024, the new CD 'Live At Warehouse 7' has also been available. Recorded during their sold-out premiere in spring 2024, the band offers a joyful and high-level selection from nearly all phases of the British prog icons' work.
