PHOTOMARATHON

Description

While athletes compete in a traditional marathon over 42km, our PHOTOMARATHON is much more relaxed and creative. On the morning of May 9, 2027, you will be given five different tasks/themes and then have five hours to capture a photo for each theme with your camera. The exact daily schedule and registration will be posted in January 2027 at www.photomarathonluzern.ch. An external jury, consisting of former students of the HSLU School of Art and Design, will review, evaluate, and crown the respective winners of all photos. Thanks to our main sponsor Nikon, we can offer great prizes to the winners. General Information

The PHOTOMARATHON takes place on May 9, 2027, in Lucerne and invites participants to showcase their photographic skills. Within five hours, five different themes must be captured with the camera, and a jury evaluates the submitted photos.
