Autumn Tour 2026 – «Towards the North» Edvard Grieg (arr. Sitt) Norwegian Dances Einojuhani Rautavaara Cantus Arcticus, Concerto for Birds and Orchestra Jean Sibelius Symphony No. 5 in E-flat Major, Op. 82 The young Lithuanian conductor Izabelė Jankauskaitė takes us towards the north on the occasion of the autumn tour 2026, with Edvard Grieg's Norwegian Dances and the magnificent Fifth Symphony by Jean Sibelius. We will then push our journey even further thanks to Einojuhani Rautavaara (1928-2016), who combines real bird songs with orchestral sounds, creating soundscapes as breathtaking as the Northern Lights.Highlights
