2027 marks the 25th anniversary of Obscura. To celebrate this event, the German band embarks on the most ambitious tour of their career across Europe and the United Kingdom: 39 consecutive concerts, with no rest days — a true demonstration of endurance and determination. After all, it’s not a tour if there’s a day off. In this context, SHRED FEST 2027 brings together an exceptional lineup of European extreme metal bands, featuring major acts from the scene. Alongside death metal legends Pestilence, pioneers of the genre since the late 80s, we find Cryptic Shift, representatives of a daring new generation blending science fiction and dizzying technicality. The lineup is completed by the Danes of Thus, whose style oscillates between modern complexity and dark melodies, as well as the French band DVRK, known for their raw and contemporary approach to extreme metal. This large-scale tour will traverse the continent for several weeks before culminating in a grand finale in Munich, Obscura’s hometown. And good news: a Swiss stop is on the schedule — and it will take place here, at PTR - L'Usine. Prepare for an evening of rare intensity, bringing together some of the most technical and impactful bands of the current scene. A unique date in Geneva, not to be missed at any cost.
