NESSI GOMES + Mike Rauss The wonderful Nessi Gomes is coming to French-speaking Switzerland for her very first live concert in Geneva on November 10, 2026. In the opening act, we have the honor of presenting Mike Rauss. Nessi Gomes is an Anglo-Portuguese singer-songwriter born on the island of Guernsey into a family originating from Madeira; an artist who has spent her life between different languages, islands, and identities. Her music intimately blends the emotional depth of traditional Portuguese fado with contemporary British sensibility, earning her comparisons to artists like Kate Bush and Björk. The Guardian described her sound universe as “enchanting, atmospheric, and richly textured,” while Folk Radio UK describes her as “a composer and lyricist of rare inventiveness and beauty.” She writes with a quiet intensity, where beauty meets fear and desire does not ask to be fulfilled – her darkest corners are illuminated without shame. Recognized in many circles as a healing singer, her enchanting universe, made of mystical messages and melodic images, has adorned ceremonies and intimate gatherings around the world. Since the release of her acclaimed debut album, Diamonds & Demons, she has performed in over 30 countries, on major festival stages as well as intimate venues.
