Description
Problems from work, to-do lists for the next day, or old worries steal your well-deserved sleep. The result: a tired morning and a day that is only managed with difficulty. Good sleep is not a coincidence, but the result of a relaxed brain.
This course shows you how to specifically program your nervous system to "rest mode" in the evening. Use the power of mental training to apply the brakes in your head. What to expect in the course:
- Analysis: Why the brain blocks at night and how sleep and thoughts are connected.
- SOS techniques: Immediate measures when you lie awake at night and brood.
- Evening routine: How to consciously end the mental workday.
- Relief: Practical exercises for physical and mental deep relaxation. Get your night’s rest back and start the day again with energy and ease. Course instructor: Marjeta Gurtner, certified mental trainer
