Actually fantastic, the idea: three couples spend their summer holidays together in Tuscany. Lounge by the pool a bit, indulge in some dolce far niente, fill their stomachs. Maybe also just read a good crime novel again. The days in the south are also wonderful – if it weren't for the young partner of one, if it weren't for the ugliest (and loudest) baby in the world, if it weren't for the writer with thinning hair and similar vitality. They disturb the harmony of those who already know each other from holidays in France. And then there are the stories of the past that threaten to catch up, as well as conflicts within and between the couples.
