Description

A historic house – the "Wirtshaus im Schlachthof". Here, the legendary TV series "Zur Freiheit" was filmed. Parts of the TV series "Um Himmels Willen" were also produced here. After 17 years of "Ottis Schlachthof," the cult restaurant becomes the filming location for the new cabaret format "schlachthof," which features national cabaret stars. But even outside of TV recordings, other artists almost daily present their programs in the four event spaces. General Information

The Wirtshaus im Schlachthof in Munich is a historic venue that now presents a new cabaret format. In addition to cabaret and comedy, readings and live concerts are also held here, organized by soloists, bands, and newcomers.
