Description
The Buddhist master Tulku Lobsang brought this very ancient, precious teaching to the West. Monks and hermits practiced it in caves for prevention and healing.
Consisting of 23 exercises, the first 5 elemental basic exercises come from the Bön tradition, the pre-Buddhist era. The next 5 exercises for the mobility of body parts, the 5 exercises for the vital organs, and the 6 well-being exercises originate from the Tantrayana tradition. In Lu Jong, we move our body gently and fluidly and become one with the breath. The breath, our life energy as a connection between body and mind, brings us - Lu Jong - into the present moment. Open, well-functioning channels enable a clear mind and a complete experience of love, compassion, and bliss. An inner balance becomes noticeable. The immune system is strengthened, as well as endurance and strength. The most important, however, is the cleansing and transformation of negative thoughts and emotions such as greed, pride, jealousy, anger, and attachment; we bring these to serenity, inner peace, love, compassion, and selflessness. We come to peace with ourselves. Testimonial from course instructor Tatjana Ghararian: In 2015, I first came into contact with these secret teachings. In 2018, I completed the training to become a Lu Jong teacher with Loten Dahortsang. After further training in Kum Nye massage and meditation, I look forward to passing on this precious knowledge.
