In search of our identity, we often end up with our own family. The transgenerational traumas, the unconscious transmission of unprocessed psychological burdens to subsequent generations, have increasingly come into the focus of scientific research in recent years. To kick off the 16 Days Against Gender-Based Violence, Kim de l‘ Horizon reads from the novel «Blutbuch» (2022), awarded with the German and Swiss Book Prizes. In conversation with Prof. Dr. Andrea Abraham, an expert on intergenerational traumas in families, the topic is «family secrets that hang like fog over and between generations». The event is a cooperation with the Women's Center Glarus.
