Born from the fusion of four French noise rock groups—Electric Electric, Marvin, Pneu, and Papier Tigre—La Colonie de Vacances presents a one-of-a-kind quadriphonic sound system. The event places the audience at the center of four stages, creating a singular auditory environment that explores polyrythmies, trance-like states, and original harmonies. This immersive performance invites attendees to become part of a protean and enveloping orchestra, emphasizing multiple levels of listening inspired by John Cage's philosophy that 'everyone is in the best place.' After thirteen years of energetic performances, this will be their final tour, offering a last chance to experience the genius of these 18 musicians.
