KNEECAP Born in the streets of Belfast, Kneecap wields Gaelic as a weapon of massive expression. Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí tell the story of Northern Irish youth, their anger, excesses, and unquenchable thirst for freedom set against a backdrop of hip-hop and rave culture. From the album Fine Art to the film inspired by their own story, the trio has established its language, identity, and refusal to conform well beyond the borders of Northern Ireland. Kneecap does not take the stage for half-measures. The Belfast trio blends Gaelic rap, powerful bass, and rave energy in a live show that is as committed as it is wild.
