In his seventh full-length comedy show, Joël von Mutzenbecher combines what he does best: precise stand-up and radical spontaneity. The evening starts classically: observations, stories, sharp punchlines. Prepared material, performed with the directness known from the multiple award-winning comedian. But this show doesn't stay with the familiar. During the break, the audience writes inputs on slips of paper and throws them into a box. In the second half, it becomes UNBOXED! Joël draws one slip after another and turns them into live comedy. No script, no safety net, no plan B. Just Joël with the box and the audience. Sounds risky? It is.
Will Joël regret it? Most likely.
