Ivo Cicvárek & ŽIVO, Kluk z Husovky

Description

ŽIVO: Is it an old or a new band? Both! The name is new, chosen while working on the album Morytáty a romance (Indies, 2022). The story is old, as they originated from the band Velký svět, which in turn was connected to other formations where singer-songwriter Ivo Cicvárek performed. On stage, they are a trio: Ivo Cicvárek (piano, guitar, samples, vocals), Radim Grünwald (drums), and Jakub Lutner (bass guitar). Occasionally, they invite a guest or two to keep things interesting. http://zivo.info KLUK Z HUSOVKY: Kuba Horák, former frontman of the Novobor folk band Zhasni, which far exceeded the borders of northern Bohemia, presents his author project “Kluk z Husovky,” which is not only the title of his debut solo album but also the name of the musical group. His songs feature beautiful lyrics often starting with the banality of everyday life and leading to significant matters, accompanied by lovely melodies. They fit beautifully together. It’s an inner world, but at times, they are emotional charges, even bombs. It’s also important that they are wonderfully arranged, played, and mixed, with great sound enhancing the overall effect. https://bandzone.cz/klukzhusovky
