In the gravity of movement, dance allows exploring a living memory destined to disappear.
Blending dance and circus, INSÂN elevates the gravity of bodies, like a mobile suspended between the weight of memory and the lightness of forgetfulness, touching on the question of living memory doomed to vanish. Because "Insâ", which means "human being" in Arabic, finds its root in the verb nassa/yansa, meaning "to forget", suggesting that it is our capacity to forget that defines us. In a landscape of stone and debris, witnesses to our history as much as to its erasure, INSÂN reflects the harsh reality of our time, but also hints at its antidote: if we place the weight of our memories on the ground, can we live more freely, dance more lightly?
