These days are an invitation to explore being as a physical experience. As the Holy Embodied community – perhaps you already know it from the podcast of the same name by RefLab – we dive into the practice of deconstructed yoga. Here you have the opportunity to experience the concept of immediate being: through gentle movements, breath, and meditation, guided and always in tune with your body, playfully and effortlessly, we immerse ourselves in the moment. Together we discover how silence and presence can be experienced in the body. These anchor themselves in the body and can be recalled even in hectic everyday life. So that you can feel the ever-present loving presence immediately in meetings, on the tram, or while vacuuming. Holy Embodied – a dwelling in being that brings you into your body and the moment. The course is aimed at all those who feel: There must be more than struggling in eternal doing and making and should-ing. To all who are exhausted from "chasing things" and "not following." And of course to all those who are curious to playfully discover access to effortless being. A life from effortless being is a life with completely different signs. Specifically, this means for example: less stress, exhaustion, rumination, or pain in the body. No prior knowledge required; please inform the course management in advance of any physical limitations.

General Information

Holy Embodied is a course that deals with the physical experience of being. Participants learn to reduce stress through gentle movements and meditation and to integrate presence into everyday life. The course takes place at Kappel Monastery in Kappel am Albis, Switzerland.
