Description

A comedic duo reenacts the conquest of space in a jubilant show that amazes all generations.
Two men, Kyril and Boris, are lost in the cosmos, while a woman communicates with them, taking turns as the voice of scientists, children, and the spaceship's computer. As she tells the story of the world falling apart, Boris weeps and Kyril mocks him. The stronger one is, the weaker the other becomes, and the more we laugh! Director Jeanne Candel and the Fusées crew play a mischievous game with our imagination: reenacting the conquest of space with the handcrafted tools of theater set to melodies by Bach, Schumann, or Tom Waits. The stage then becomes the perfect space to bring forth sparks of humanity and beauty with whatever means are at hand.
