The Mosaic Season of the Conservatoire populaire highlights the artistic expertise of its teachers by providing them with a stage to share their work as artists, dancers, actors, musicians, performers, and/or composers. This year, the Mosaic Season program invites the public to discover five artistic events centered around diversity, sharing, and creation. From Cuba to European baroque, from contemporary harp to percussion inspired by jazz and groove, up to the sound energies of Vertixe Sonora Ensemble, this program fosters dialogue between aesthetics, generations, and disciplines. Hailing from Spain, Vertixe Sonora Ensemble offers a bold concert focused on Flow, a rebellious and protest song against the excesses of an abusive and authoritarian power. The evening brings together a true dream team: musicians from Vertixe Sonora and teachers and students from the Conservatoire populaire, in a collaborative dynamic. This project also features the creations of students from the composition class, offering a moment of sharing where transmission, experimentation, and contemporary creativity dialogue. The ticket prices for the Mosaic Season shows are free. Everyone can choose to pay what they wish. All proceeds are donated to the Conservatoire populaire Support Fund.
