Whether the cut flowers on the dining table or the perennials in the garden: we observe and marvel at their splendor again and again, trying to capture their fleeting beauty. The exhibition «Simone Kappeler – nature vivante» serves as the starting point for the one-day workshop. Be inspired by Kappeler's floral and plant photographs and engage in your own creative work in the atelier. With gouache and watercolor, embark on a painterly discovery journey and develop your own ideas. The workshop is aimed at adults who wish to deepen their understanding and expression of the theme «Floral». Whether you focus on classical still life or approach the theme abstractly – the goal of the workshop is to find or strengthen your artistic expression. Led by: Cristina Witzig, cultural mediator and artist. Number of participants: 4 – 10 persons. Lunch: please bring a picnic for the lunch break.

General Information

The workshop takes place at the Kunstmuseum Thurgau in Warth and is aimed at adults who want to deepen their artistic skills in the floral domain. Participants can develop their own ideas with gouache and watercolor and strengthen their artistic expression.
