The Flat Mars Society and Friends at Mauz The Flat Mars Society – consists of five hobby musicians who have spent the best part of their free time in smoky band rooms since their youth, acoustically optimizing the walls of the first air raid shelters with egg cartons. Seven years ago, Andi Engeler (Drums), Adi Nützel (Guitar), Stipä Kälin (E-Piano), Dani Landolt (Bass), and Philipp Lothenbach (Vocals) came together in this band, united by the joy of creating songs together. In 2026, four of them will celebrate their 50th birthdays – a good reason to organize an unforgettable concert evening. In the tradition of the old 'Mauz on Mars' pre-New Year's concerts, various formations will take the stage at Mauz, showcasing different music styles and generations. The evening will be held together by pieces from the Flat Mars Society, with the five 'guys' not denying their roots from the 90s and Einsiedler rock bands like Pams’ State, Kiwi Bar, and others. Various surprise guests from the FMS friend circle invite you to rediscover new and old songs and formations. The Flat Mars Society and Friends are all passionate about music and want to pass this fire on to the audience. Come and celebrate with us!
