A surprisingly different concert project for the first Advent presented this year by the Chamber Choir Müllheim under the direction of Albrecht Haaf on Saturday, November 28, and Sunday, November 29, 2026, each at 5:00 PM in the Müllheim Martinskirche.
The focus of the program is lively, dance-like Advent music from Latin America and Europe. In addition to a chamber orchestra with strings and wind instruments, the chamber choir has invited two prominent guest soloists. Beatriz Picas (vocals & cello) and Murat Coskun (percussion) are touring Europe with their duo program. Murat Coskun has toured with Giora Feidman among others and is the artistic director of the Tamburi Mundi festival in Freiburg.
The program is complemented by two world premieres by choir director Albrecht Haaf. Here, the Gothic harp by Jutta Haaf will have the opportunity to engage in a musical dialogue with her modern colleague, the concert pedal harp by Dorothee Hecking-Neu. Presale: www.reservix.de or www.bz-ticket.de
