Kinyarwanda translation: Bingo Regis Guest performance at KiTZ Theaterkumpanei In a land without rain, there is no more food for the animals. They set out together to find something to eat. The strong lion Intare leads them. When the heat becomes unbearable, the chameleon discovers something very special: a Marula tree, full of juicy fruits. But the tree does not give up its fruits. No matter how much the monkeys shake the branches, or how often the rhinoceros throws its head against the mighty trunk: no Marula fruit falls to the ground. The old Mama Tenga knows a trick: an old magic spell might help. Eight strange words that, once spoken, promise a bountiful harvest. But which of the animals will remember the magical words? The clumsy elephant? The mean hyena? Or the lion Intare himself? Dikum Dakum - only the belief in the power of community can uncover the secret of the Marula tree!
