Description
In this winter workshop, we distill the Piment fruits, which are harvested semi-ripe. The fruits need to be roughly crushed in a mortar. Sweaty work is therefore necessary. The essential oil is heavier than water. A visit to a Piment tree in the collection rounds off this day.
