Discover what your own experience shows you when you pause for a moment and focus your perception. The free webinar "The SalutoGEHnesis Compass" invites you to experience the sense of coherence according to Antonovsky and its three dimensions: comprehensibility, manageability, and meaningfulness from a personal perspective – and also to get to know my own continuation of these thoughts. The focus is on your here and now. Through simple perception and experience impulses, you can explore what you are currently perceiving, what is available to you, and what is meaningful to you.
This creates space to perceive your own experience and find orientation within it.
From this perception, a movement can emerge – perhaps a direction, perhaps a next step, perhaps simply a clearer sense of where you currently stand.
The SalutoGEHnesis Compass invites you to find orientation from your own experience and discover your personal compass. What to expect:
