Description
A colorful animal is walking on a flower meadow. It is content and enjoys the world around it. Until a frog asks who it is — and the animal has no answer. It visits other animals to find out whom it resembles. In search of belonging and increasingly confused by inconsistencies, it almost loses itself: "Could I not exist at all?" But suddenly the animal understands: "Surely I exist: I AM I!" "Das kleine Ich-bin-ich" expands the child-friendly rhyme, color, and shape language of the famous children's book by Mira Lobe and Susi Weigel with the language of classical music. Cello, narration, and puppet play meet on equal footing and invite the youngest audience to a playful engagement with identity.
